Welcome to the University of Maine at Fort Kent!
Congratulations on your decision to be a UMFK Bengal! You made a great choice and we want to make sure that you are prepared for success when you arrive on campus in January. New Student Orientation is a fun-packed series of events and workshops designed to introduce you to the UMFK campus and all that it has to offer to assist in your achieving your academic and life goals. To transition into UMFK, you will need to complete an online Pre-Orientation and attend the Orientation program on campus. Students enrolled in online programs only need to complete the online Pre-Orientation.
In order to ensure that you have completed all that you need to do before your arrival in September, please make sure that you complete all items listed on the Orientation Checklist.
