I chose to attend UMFK because I was given the opportunity to play soccer while continuing my education.

Being in this program has taught me a lot about investing and how to properly manage businesses. Along with this, I have learned a lot about accounting principles and tax laws. At some point in the future I want to be able to pursue a career in tax law, and possibly own my own firm. This program has provided me with the knowledge I need to move forward with this plan.

Something that I have found interesting about this program is that my professors are able to relate what they teach back to real-life experiences. This makes it easier to retain the information being taught, and it also gives you an idea of what to expect in the future.

The next step for me is either getting a job or continuing to the graduate level.
