Every dollar you give to support AFJ’s relief efforts will be matched, up to $1 million. When Hurricane Melissa struck Jamaica, it left thousands of families without homes, food, or access to clean water.
Now, the University of Maine at Fort Kent community is stepping up to help.
We’re teaming up with the American Friends of Jamaica (AFJ), a trusted nonprofit that delivers direct aid to communities in need. Here’s the great news:
Every dollar donated to AFJ’s Hurricane Melissa Relief Fund will be matched 1:1 — up to $1 million.
That means your generosity goes twice as far:
- $25 becomes $50 of relief
- $50 becomes $100 of supplies
- $100 becomes $200 toward rebuilding
Together, we can double the help and the hope for families in Jamaica.
