Brief Biography

Dr. Krishna Kaphle has been teaching college-level mathematics and statistics for over 20 years. He previously taught middle school and high school math courses before entering into higher education.

Dr. Kaphle has an MS in Mathematics, an MS in Statistics, and a Ph.D. in Mathematics. As a doctoral student his dissertation was on Functional Data Analysis; a mixture of Functional Analysis and Statistics. He has some working experience on Matlab, Maple, SAS, R, and Microsoft excel as tools for Mathematics and Statistics. He is familiar with some programming languages (Java, C++).

In his spare time, Dr. Kaphle enjoys reading, walking, hiking, and snowshoeing.
