The University of Maine at Fort Kent announced that it has a new four year bachelor of science degree program in conservation law enforcement for the upcoming fall 2015 semester.
On June 11, the Maine Department of Education (MDOE) recertified the secondary education programs at the University of Maine at Fort Kent (UMFK), and also approved the new program for secondary education mathematics, according to Chair of Education Division Bruno Hicks.

Cybersecurity academic programs in Maine originated from UMFK, and this most northern campus continues to lead the effort.
