In the Sports Center- Come learn basic skills to keep yourself and your loved ones safe! Dress comfortably, and bring a friend, or prepare to be paired with someone at random. Topics will include wrist releases, choke and strike defenses, and techniques to identify, control, and then escape hostile situations.
