Sodexo,UMFK’s food service provider, will serve up a special all-you-can-eat buffetfeaturing poutine, a classic Canadian comfort food of fries, cheese curds andgravy. Diners will be able to taste several unique versions of the dish whilealso learning about its cultural history and deep ties to the St. John Valley.
UMFK students with a meal plan will cover the buffet.
General admission is $13.49 per person. Discount for UMFK employees.
