
The Fort Kent Rotary Club invitessportspeople, families, and community members to its annual Hunters’ Breakfaston Saturday, Oct. 31 from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the University of Maine at FortKent’s Nowland Dining Hall.
A beloved tradition community event inMaine offers a hearty meal to kick off hunting while supporting highereducation opportunities.
Tickets are $15 per person. You maypurchase your ticket from any Fort Kent Rotary Club member, or you can pay atthe door. Dine-in and take-out options available.
The menu will include scrambled eggs,bacon, ham, sausage, home fries, pancakes, toast, coffee and juice.
“The Hunters Breakfast has long been atradition for the Rotary Club in Fort Kent and is known as one of the longestrunning community events in the state of Maine. We look forward topresenting a traditional meal for our great outdoor sportsmen and supporters,said fellow Rotarian Bill Melvin.
In addition to breakfast, attendeescan participate in on-site raffles featuring special items and a silent auctionfor 100 gallons of oil or propane. All proceeds from the breakfast, raffles,and auction directly fund local student scholarships.
