The Crown of Maine Balloon Fest takes place Friday, August 28-Sunday, August 30th, 2026. The festival schedule is below, but is continuing to evolve so please check back for updates!
All events take place at the Northern Maine Fairgrounds unless otherwise specified. Admission and parking at the festival are free, but specific event activities may have a registration fee (these will be noted on the schedule when possible.)
Please note: all morning and evening launch times are estimated and are weather and pilot dependent. Spectators hoping to see balloon set up and/or launches should plan to arrive earlier and stay after the scheduled time to allow for necessary flight adjustments.
