    Big Rock Ski

    This is a trip for UMFK students to Big Rock Ski Mountain in Mars Hill. Student's Lift Passes and Rental Fees will be covered by Student Activities.  Students must bring their own lunch, snacks and drinks or money to purchase them at the Ski Lodge.  Please email shannon.lugdon@maine.edu to reserve your spot

    Northwoods Nectar Field Trip

    Northwoods Nectar Field Trip for UMFK Students. Leave UMFK at 12:30pm and return by 4pm. Students will learn how a local Sugar Shack collects sap, boils it to maple syrup and other products they sell.  Please email Shannon.lugdon@maine.edu to sign up for this trip. Space is limited.

    Tree Tapping with Neil

    Dr. Thompson will be tapping two maple trees on campus. Meet at the Student Affairs office at 11 to participate. Sap will be collected this week and boiled down on Friday afternoon into syrup. This event is for UMFK Students and community members who wish to join in are welcome. 200 Paw Points
