The event begins at 11 a.m. to Noon with free food, music by River Ukes, kids games. From Noon to 12:45 p.m. you will hear speakers sharing recovery stories. At 12:45 p.m. to 2 p.m. is a time to mingle and network.
September is National Recovery Month!! Recovery Month is a national observance held every September to celebrate people in recovery while highlighting the benefits of prevention, treatment, and recovery for substance use and mental disorders.  
The event is sponsored by the UMFK Behavioral Science Program and Club; Aroostook Mental Health Center, Life by Design; Fish River Rural Health; Town of Fort Kent; Paradis Shop ‘n Save; Tim Hortons, Mardens.
