In what promises to be one of the funniest events of 2015, the University of Maine at Fort Kent Student Activities will kick-off the new year with a comedy night featuring Krazy Jake on Friday, January 23 at 7 p.m. at UMFK Fox Auditorium.
Tickets for the public are $15 and free for UMFK students.
Maine's own Comedian Krazy Jake is one of the fastest rising comedians in New England.
Over the years as an actor, he has appeared in dozens of TV shows, independent films, commercials, and radio programs. He has recently been seen on the new TV show Yankee Jungle on the Animal Planet channel. The readers of The Portland Pheonix voted Krazy Jake the best “Maine Comedian 2014.”
Krazy Jake performs regularly at Foxwoods Casino, The Wilbur Theatre in Boston, and many more of New England's premier entertainment venues. He also recorded his first CD, which is due for release in early 2015.
People may purchase your tickets from the UMFK Student Affairs office located in Cyr Hall, Paradis Shop 'n Save in Fort Kent, or at the door the night of the performance.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the UMFK Alumni Association Scholarship fund. The show will contain adult language and recommended for mature audiences only.
