Students in Professor Brad Ritz’ Principles of Business class at the University of Maine at Fort Kent recently presented on the results of their interviews of mid-level and upper-level managers in both profit and non-profit entities.  The students developed and asked questions of the businesspeople designed to elicit information about the skills and attributes college graduates need to possess in order to succeed in their careers.  Following their presentation, the students fielded questions from members of the audience on their findings. Shown here at the presentation are (L to R): Shawn Parker (Madawaska); Paul Berube (Fort Kent); Professor Brad Ritz; and Carl Jarryd Phillips (Johannesburg, South Africa).
