A IS FOR APPLE: "Dear Darwin" and other poetic love songs at UMFK

April 19, 2010

Soprano Nancy Ogle, pianist Ginger Hwalek, and poet Kathleen Ellis will perform a concert of music, word, and visuals in the University of Maine at Fort Kent’s Fox Auditorium on Friday, April 23 at 7 p.m. The performance is free and open to the public.

Ogle, Hwalek and Ellis all are members of the faculty at the University of Maine in Orono
Professor of Music, Nancy Ellen Ogle, and Instructor of Music, Dr. Ginger Yang Hwalek, both are members of the Performing Arts faculty at the University of Maine. Dr. Hwalek is director of Maine Summer Youth Music. Kathleen Ellis is an adjunct faculty member in the university’s Department of English.
