4 • $4230.00 reflects cost of the Lodge. Cost of Crocker Hall is $3528.00. Powell Hall, which consists of all single rooms for non-traditional students, is currently offline for Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
5 • Specific costs for each meal plan for the full year: 19 meals + $150 Declining Balance = $3780.00, 14 meals + $250 Declining Balance = $3645.00, 7 meals + $225 Declining Balance = $2871.00.

6 • Students taking 9 or more credit hours will be automatically enrolled in the UMFK insurance plan at an annual premium of $2264. Students who wish to have the expense for this coverage removed may do so by providing proof of adequate coverage through the UMS Student Health Insurance Plan page.
