Financial Aid

Information for the 2019-2020 FAFSA Year

It’s FAFSA Time!

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the basic application to apply for and be considered for financial aid.

Apply Early!

Complete the 2019-20 FAFSA beginning October 1, 2018 online at: www.fafsa.gov. Don’t delay. This is for consideration for financial aid for the fall 2019 semester! Get it done early! Students who apply early usually get the better financial aid package.

Use the FAFSA Data Retrieval Tool!

2017 tax filers are asked to use the Data Retrieval Tool, if you are eligible to use it. You will be connected to the IRS website where you can have your 2017 income tax amounts transferred back to your FAFSA. Using Data Retrieval reduces the chances of being selected for verification.
