The system office requires reports on how many grants each campus applies for (whether awarded or not), as well as the dollar amount of each. In order to have an accurate record of this, please inform Emily Hise when you apply for a grant. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the project, the granting agency and the dollar amount.
Once a grant is awarded, please give a copy of the grant application, including budget, and the award letter to Emily so she can request a project number for your grant from the system office. You will be kept updated on your budget status.
