Dr. Becker is Professor of English at UMFK, and he teaches courses in British and World Literature, Composition, and Philosophy.

I have written on archetypal dynamics in the Romantic period. More recently, I have been working on mythopoesis in J. R. R. Tolkien and C. S. Lewis.
