The University of Maine at Fort Kent Foundation members and the University's Development Office are selling tickets to the Foundation's second annual dinner theatre, scheduled this year for Saturday, March 24 on the UMFK campus.

The cost of tickets is $45 per person, which includes the social, dinner, admission to the performance, and the post-performance reception.

Last month, the Foundation announced that the entertainment for the evening will be provided by the renowned Portland String Quartet.

Corporate gold, silver and bronze sponsorships also are available at $1,000, $500 and $250 levels. The gold level sponsorship includes one table of eight, a listing in the evening's program, and display of a corporate sign or banner. The silver level sponsorship includes one table of six and a listing in the evening's program. The bronze level sponsorship includes two tickets and a listing in the evening's program.

The Portland String Quartet has been performing, teaching and recording with its founding members since l969. Coming together from musical training at Curtis, Eastman, Indiana, Juilliard, Oberlin, and San Francisco State College, the quartet members have played an important role in the artistic renaissance of the state of Maine, championing Maine and American composers, both nationally and internationally.
