TRiO Student Support Services Application

Instructions: To be considered for acceptance into the TRiO Student Support Services Program you must complete this application. Eligibility for TRiO is based on meeting one or more of the criteria which follow. Applicants must 1) be from a low income background; 2) be from families in which neither parent nor guardian has obtained a bachelor's degree or the parent/guardian you regularly reside with did not receive a bachelor's degree; 3) have a documented disability.

NOTE: Please note that application are taken year round, but new TRiO participants are selected only during the fall semester usually around November of each academic year.

The figures shown under family income represent amounts equal to 150% of the family income levels established by the Census Bureau for determining poverty status. The poverty guidelines were published by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register, Vol. 74, No. 14, January 23, 2009, pp. 4199-4201.
