All students who plan to graduate and participate in commencement must apply for their degree through the Registrar's Office.

Forms to apply are available from the Registrar's Office or can be printed online. The form must be completed, signed by the student's advisor, and returned to the Registrar's Office. The form should be completed at least one semester prior to the actual graduation date.

Once the application is received by the Registrar's Office, it will be reviewed and the student notified of approval.
