The responsibility for the determination of course enrollment maximums and minimums for normal face to face instruction lies with the Vice President for Academic Affairs. Where appropriate the Vice President for Academic Affairs will consult with the respective division chair and where appropriate faculty member. "Appropriateness" is determined by the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
