Blake Library
DE Interlibrary Loan Book Form

If you are an in-state UMFK student or faculty studying or teaching from a distance and do not have access to a library with interlibrary loan services or to a Site or Center, you are still able to check out books from us. Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. Be aware you will be responsible for return mail charges.

If you do live near a library with interlibrary loan services, please consider using that library's services. You may be able to eliminate any mailing charges.

If you are out of state, there is a simpler and faster way to request the material you want. Please see the Off-Campus Services FAQ guide for more information.

(For UMFK patrons only. If you are a library please go to our ILL page for more information.)

NOTICE: WARNING CONCERNING COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS

The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for copyright infringement.

This institution reserves the right to refuse or accept a copying order if its judgment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
