Bibliographic Instruction Form

Blake Library offers Bibliographic Instruction classes on the use of the library and its resources. We do this to provide support for the faculty in their endeavor to educate their students.

If you are interested in offering your students this invaluable resource, please fill in the form below, and submit it to us. You may also come to the library and speak with us to schedule a time for your class.

We prefer a two week time period from the date you submit this form to the scheduled class date. This provides for better scheduling and allows us to offer individual attention and prepare accordingly. However, we are flexible.
