Preface

This Statistical Abstract provides a longitudinal profile of recent trends at the University of Maine at Fort Kent. It is designed as an "in-house" document and not for reporting statistics to State or Federal agencies. It presents data in three main areas: general information about the school, program development, and enrollment data. The information is chronological. The sources of the data have been from manual records, federal and university reports, and the current computer database. The first computer was installed in 1974, and since, the information is more complete. The online Statistical Abstract includes only recent data: a complete version of the Statistical Abstract is available from the Institutional Research Department.
