Using Nadeau Hall
Priorities:
- Health education and teleconferences
- Conference to support other units
- Faculty/staff/student presentations
- University functions and ceremonies
- On-site conferences (non-technology)
- Community social functions (mostly evenings)
After 4:00 PM on weekdays and anytime on weekends ("after hours"), we will bill for technology and custodial overtime as one item called a "technology fee".
Hookup fees will be passed on to the renter.
Reservations for teleconferencing should be made 30 days prior to the day of the event; otherwise, there is no guarantee the room will be available.
