The Lodge will have cohabitational housing upon request. Each residence hall has specified quiet hours at night. Quiet hours may vary by building; please check with your Community Mentor for specific quiet hours in your residence hall. Quiet hours are strictly enforced in all residence halls.

Room
Single rooms are assigned upon availibility and are never guaranteed permanent due to changes that may occur during the academic year. Singles are assigned in the following manner: All incoming students, including students entering UMFK residence for the first time, transfers from other schools, or students returning after an absence from the dorm will be assigned a roommate. Priority for single rooms will be given to oldest senior to the youngest freshman.

Once you are assigned a room, you will be billed the price of a double room. At the end of the second week of each semester, charges will be adjusted on your bill if you have any roommate changes.

Board
All students living in the residence halls must choose a meal plan. Students have until the end of the first week of scheduled classes to change their choice of meal plans.

Additional meal plans will become available at the beginning of the new academic year.
