Dr. Matthew Bampton is Professor of Geography at the University of Southern Maine. Matthew's research centers on GIS education for undergraduates, an effort supported by two recent NSF awards. He has a B.A. in Geography from Portsmouth Polytechnic, South Hampshire, England and an M.A. and PhD in Geography from Clark University in Worcester, Ma.
